FARE welcomes Nicole Ridley as new Head of Operations

We are thrilled to introduce Nicole Ridley as our new Head of Operations at the Financial Alliance for Racial Equity (FARE).

Nicole Ridley is a highly accomplished leader with extensive experience in Finance, Investments, Commercial Real Estate, Strategic Relationship Management, and Diversity, Equity & Inclusion.

FARE has announced an RFP for Understanding the Perceptions and Challenges of Hispanic Financial Professionals and College Students Interested in the Field. The results of this research will help our efforts to empower and support Hispanic professionals, improve opportunities for success, and contribute to achieving greater diversity, equity, and inclusion within the financial services industry.

Proposals are due by Thursday, February 29.

FARE is proud to sponsor the 2024 Diversitas Symposium, which offers a unique chance for students, career influencers, and wealth management leaders to collaborate and innovate ways to boost diversity in our industry.

 

Join us on Thursday, February 8, 2024, virtually or in person at The University of Akron in Ohio, for a networking lunch and an afternoon featuring top thought leaders discussing crucial topics such as the state of the profession, diverse roles in wealth management, and the appeal of these careers for everyone.

The Employee Benefit Research Institute (EBRI) is partnering with the Peterson Foundation Fiscal Internship program this year to offer a paid, 10-week fiscal internship in Washington, DC! We encourage all FARE HBCU students to apply.

Opportunities for Financial Professionals

FARE members receive a 20% discount off the membership fee for the Black Executive Leadership Program sponsored by The American College of Financial Services. The cost for fellows is $8995, and sponsors pay $4995. A sponsor from their firm must represent each fellow.
