The Systems Client Consultant will provide day-to-day support for clients using a variety of system related products and applications to resolve operating and system issues. The System Client Consultant serves as the primary point of contact for client inquiries via phone and email, providing support, training, and troubleshooting for Federated Hermes systems and services and collaborates with internal teams and external partners to coordinate system installations, resolve operational issues, and implement enhancements based on client feedback.

 

Position Specifications:

 

  • High School diploma or equivalent required; Bachelor degree preferred.
  • Minimum of 1 year of business experience required
  • General knowledge of the financial services industry, operations, systems, and services required.
  • 3 years of prior client service and relationship management experience or technology experience preferred.
  • In-depth knowledge of Federated Hermes and DST products, systems, operations and services preferred.
