Federated Hermes, Inc., a leading global investment manager, is seeking a Relationship Manager to join our Client Service team supporting Broker Dealer, Retirement and Insurance clients. In this role, you will develop and maintain client relationships and pursue new business opportunities for the diction and Federated Hermes.

What you can expect:

As a Relationship Manager, you will:

• Conduct meetings with key clients to develop and maintain relationships.
• Solicit client feedback, identify trends that are impacting quality of service, develop and implement plans for resolution, and act as a client advocate.
• Identify, recommend, and lead implementation of Federated Hermes products.
• Negotiate new and existing contracts/agreements with clients.
• Utilize Salesforce to track client information and activity.
• Manage the client onboarding process and set-up.
• Lead client related projects such as conversions, new products, integrations, etc.

What we are looking for:

• Bachelor degree or equivalent work-related experience required.
• Minimum three years of client service or relationship-management experience in the financial service industry required.
• Familiarity with online tools and shareholder recordkeeping/accounting systems required.
• Knowledge of mutual funds required.
• Project management experience as a “project lead” preferred.
