Federated Hermes, Inc., a leading global investment manager, with $782.7B in assets under management; serving investors around the world is seeking a Systems Client Consultant to join our Investor Services Team located in Warrendale, Pennsylvania.

This position will utilize your ability to analyze, problem solve, and interact with others to provide service and technical support for intermediary clients using tools, trading systems, and other web-based products. Acting as the operational expert, this position will ensure our clients are properly trained prior to using these systems and appropriately supported on an ongoing basis.

What you can expect:

As a Systems Client Consultant, you will be responsible for:

  • Providing day-to-day support of clients using FHI’s web-based transaction and reporting system (EDGEnet), Alliance Partner interfaces, and other system related products and applications.
  • Monitoring and responding to client inquiries received via the System Client Consultant toll-free support line or team mailbox.
  • Identifying and recommending Federated Hermes system related products, enhancements, and services that assist the client to resolve operating and system issues.
  • Coordinating the installation/establishment of the various Federated Hermes and Alliance Partner system interfaces and products for clients.
  • Leading the client through trainings and tutorials on the various Federated Hermes systems and products while providing ongoing support and troubleshooting as needed.
  • Resolving any system/product related issues encountered by clients.
  • Providing quality control reviews for exception processing requests received from intermediary and institutional clients.
  • Participating in business initiatives involving the systems, including the development, testing and implementation of new system enhancements

What we are looking for:

  • High School Diploma or equivalent required; bachelor degree preferred
  • Minimum 1 year of business experience with general knowledge of the financial industry, operations, systems, and services; 3-5 years of prior client services and relationship management or technology experience preferred
  • Knowledge of Federated Hermes and DST products, systems, operations, and services preferred.
