We have an exciting opportunity for an Operations Specialist in the Managed Accounts Department located in Chicago, IL! (hybrid)

 

What You’ll Do

As an Operations Specialist, you will be responsible for the daily trade support and reconciliation, data integrity verification, customer service to both internal and external clients, client onboarding and new account initialization, and data and client reporting. The position requires the ability to work independently, and responsibilities will be both specialized and general and will be dynamic in nature based on the activity of the department.

 

The Expertise We’re Looking For

  • Bachelor’s Degree or a comparable combination of education and professional and/or military experience may be considered. Bachelor’s degree in business related major (Finance/Accounting) preferred.
  • Up to one year of financial operational experience or relevant classwork; two years of financial services industry experience in trade settlements preferred.
  • Knowledge of domestic equity and fixed income settlement functions; familiarity with sponsor systems is a plus.
