Mission & Vision
The Financial Alliance for Racial Equity (FARE) was founded in September 2020 to attract HBCU students to the financial services industry and provide life-long career support.
FARE’s mission aligns with HBCUs by actively working to transform the financial services industry, ensuring it better serves the diverse needs of students from HBCUs and communities. FARE’s vision focuses on implementing tangible and measurable solutions to support current and future generations, fostering inclusivity and opportunity within the industry for students from underrepresented backgrounds.
