Her work overseeing the African American Leadership Academy at RAMA Consulting and her involvement in DEI projects speaks volumes about her dedication to creating positive cultural shifts within organizations. A proud first-generation, low-income college graduate, her passion for empowering marginalized communities aligns perfectly with FARE’s mission to drive meaningful change in the industry.
