FARE welcomes Kizmet T. Moore as a new board member

We are thrilled to announce that Kizmet T. Moore will join the Financial Alliance for Racial Equity (FARE) as a new board member representing NFP, An AON Company.

Kizmet brings a wealth of experience and a profound commitment to fostering diversity, equity, inclusion, and belonging (DEIB) in the financial services sector. As the Assistant Vice President of Diversity, Equity, and Inclusion at NFP, An AON Company, she is a driving force behind impactful DEIB initiatives, ensuring every voice is heard and valued.

With a rich background in collaborating with various organizations, from industry stalwarts to innovative startups, Kizmet has guided many to integrate DEIB into their core values. She said, “Inclusion is not a matter of political correctness. It is the key to growth, understanding, and unleashing the potential within us all.”

Her expertise has shone brightly on numerous stages through workshops, conferences, and panel discussions, where she shared invaluable insights on creating inclusive workplace environments.

“FARE’s mission aligns perfectly with my passion for sparking conversations that lead to actionable transformation. I am honored to join the board and look forward to contributing to our shared goal of creating a more inclusive and equitable financial services industry,” Kizmet said.

Please join us in warmly welcoming Kizmet to the FARE family as we continue our journey toward a more equitable future.
