FARE welcomes Donald Ellenberger as a new board member, representing Federated Hermes

We are delighted to welcome Donald Ellenberger to The Financial Alliance for Racial Equity (FARE) as the newest addition to our board, representing Federated Hermes. Donald brings to FARE years of invaluable market experience and a distinguished career marked by leadership and commitment to inclusion.

As Senior Vice President and head of Multi-Sector Strategies at Federated Hermes, Donald oversees a portfolio managing $17 billion in fixed-income mutual funds and institutional separate accounts. His extensive background includes 28 years of teaching and speaking engagements with corporate boards and institutional clients, where he has been instrumental in shaping strategic investments and fostering financial literacy.

Donald’s dedication to fostering a culture of belonging and inclusivity aligns with FARE’s mission to advance racial equity within the financial industry. His insights and leadership will assist the board in guiding FARE towards achieving its goals.
