FARE welcomes Aiyisha Adams as a new board member, representing Osaic

We are excited to welcome Aiyisha Adams to The Financial Alliance for Racial Equity (FARE) as the newest addition to our board, representing Osaic. With 18 years in the financial services industry, Aiyisha brings extensive experience advancing equity in the sector.

As VP of Advisor Engagement at Osaic, Aiyisha is responsible for designing and implementing the organization’s Diversity, Equity, Inclusion, & Belonging strategy. Her focus on future-proofing Osaic and the practices of financial professionals reflects a forward-thinking approach and a commitment to adapting to the United States’ changing demographics.

“As our nation evolves, the financial services industry must follow suit,” Aiyisha emphasized. “I am committed to ensuring that our financial professionals mirror the diverse communities they serve. This alignment fosters trust and comfort, enabling individuals to see themselves in their financial professionals.”

Aiyisha’s career journey reflects her versatility and depth of expertise in the financial realm. She has excelled in diverse roles, such as Customer Service, Training and Development, Compliance, and Retirement Consulting – ranking in the top 10 Retirement Consultants nationwide during her tenure at Lincoln Financial Group.

Aiyisha earned a Bachelor of Science in Psychology from North Carolina Agricultural and Technical State University and a Master’s of Business Administration from Mercer University Stetson School of Business.

Her appointment to the FARE board marks a significant milestone in our journey towards fostering a more inclusive and equitable financial landscape. We are confident that Aiyisha’s insights and experience will significantly enrich FARE’s mission to advance racial equity in the financial industry.
