FARE Forward, Summer 2024 Issue

Success in any career often involves the support of mentors. Sharing knowledge and experience is crucial for achieving workplace equity.

Last year, FARE launched the HBCU Mentorship Program to support Black students and young professionals. One of the first beneficiaries, NaKyla Comer, a recent Business Economics graduate from Winston-Salem State University, received invaluable guidance from FARE Board Member Aiyisha Adams, vice president of Advisor Engagement at Osaic.

Our quarterly publication highlights such inspiring stories and updates on our initiatives.
