FARE is expanding its mission to support military service members and veterans transitioning into financial services. We’re developing tailored programs with career guidance, mentorship, and certification support to help ensure long-term success. Stay tuned for updates!

FARE is excited to expand our mission and impact by supporting military service members and veterans as they transition into the financial services industry. We are currently developing impactful programming tailored to this community, creating specialized pathways through career guidance, mentorship, and certification sponsorships. Our goal is to empower veterans with the resources and opportunities needed for long-term success in financial services. Stay tuned for more updates as we continue to build this initiative!

FARE SIE Scholarship Program

This scholarship support students in pursuing the Securities Industry Essentials (SIE) designation with up to $3,000 in funding. Eligible students must demonstrate academic excellence, community involvement, and interest in financial services.

FARE Mentorship Program

Change to Undergraduate students with a strong interest in financial services can attend the 2025 CAAFP with expenses covered, receive mentorship, and participate in professional development workshops. Applications open January 6 and close February 14, 2025.

FARE On-Campus Student Engagement Programs

FARE financial services firms are actively hiring diverse talent for internship positions and full-time opportunities.

FARE financial services firms and industry organizations enjoy hosting lunch while networking with students and providing them with career building strategies, LinkedIn best practices and professional development resources. These sessions help FARE build relationships with talented students and help them prepare for careers in financial services.

FARE financial services firms and industry partners strive to create pathways for students to learn about and experience opportunities in the financial services industry. We are ready to sponsor and host an “HBCU Live” Educational Series Event on your Campus, featuring a dedicated and FARE-firm sponsored career fair, financial wellness educational sessions, networking reception, DJ and photobooth to capture the moment. Firm professionals will engage directly with students to share their paths toward success in the industry.
