The Financial Alliance for Racial Equity (FARE) has collaborated with The American College of Financial Services’ CAAFP NextGen Program to develop, organize, and execute the 2024 FARE Mentorship Program. This initiative connects more than 60 talented students from 20 colleges nationwide with 14 seasoned professionals in the financial industry to provide mentorship opportunities.

Running from June to October 2024, the program includes events designed to provide mentees with guidance, networking opportunities, and professional development. These include six general sessions and numerous mentor-mentee meetings.
