FARE is seeking college sophomores, juniors, and seniors from our member HBCUs to apply for our one-year mentorship program, which will launch on April 15, 2024. A key learning from our R.I.S.E. Research underscored the importance of investing in Black talent through comprehensive mentorship programs that offer diverse support. Our program is designed to empower Black professionals seeking to enter the financial services industry with career growth and professional development opportunities.

This opportunity is beneficial for students studying business, economics, finance, IT, marketing, and communications.

HBCU Live
FARE will host the third annual in-person HBCU Live event at Howard University on September 17-18. This year’s event will feature a career fair and breakout sessions for HBCU students, alums, and Black professionals looking to explore opportunities available in the financial services industry. FARE firms, industry partners, and HBCUs are invited to send representatives to the event to network with attendees.
